It Figure’s Fitness for Women
4101 a West Broadway in Robbinsdale MN.

New classes to begin the week of January 4, 2010.

Broadway Beauties class for Adults!
Sing and dance along to old favorites.
Includes easy beginning tap dance.
Tuesdays 12:00 noon for 45 minutes.
$5.00 per class.

Flexibility, Strengthening & Toning class. Fridays 9:00-10:00 a.m. $10.00 per class.
This is a one hour version of this very popular class. Includes hand weights to fend off osteoporosis!

Latin Hip-Hop will begin on
Monday January 4, 2010 at 5:00 p.m.
Get ready to burn up to
700 calories in 50 minutes!
This fast paced aerobic has dance steps
easy enough for anyone to pick up.
 

Announcing the "Dancer Special" for the moms who would like to workout during their child's dance class.

For just $20 extra per month over the cost of the dance lessons, Moms can have access to all of the exercise equipment in the facility plus come one other time during the week! That would be 8 visits per month for just $20. Please contact Anne for more information.
